AF Silo is a modular coffee storage silo that keeps roasted beans as fresh as day one and feeds them into your system on demand. The same model family comes in 150 kg, 200 kg and 300 kg capacities, built with a clear acrylic display body or an enclosed stainless steel body.
What Is a Coffee Silo?
A coffee silo is a closed hopper for storing roasted beans in bulk and dispensing them in a controlled way. Beans left in sacks or open buckets lose aroma quickly through contact with oxygen, moisture and light. A silo keeps them sealed, regulates dosing and removes the need to carry coffee between production and the bar.
Capacity Options
- 150 kg: specialty cafés and single-location bars.
- 200 kg: medium-to-large cafés feeding several grinders.
- 300 kg: roasteries, central warehouses and chain production areas.
Custom sizes are manufactured for projects outside the standard range.
Pneumatic Line Integration
AF Silo works directly with our pneumatic coffee transport systems. Beans travel through closed pipes from the roaster to the silo and on to the bar, grinder or packing area automatically.
